Children's Church & Kids for Christ

Children's Church & Kids for Christ meets Sundays from 11:00 to 12:00 noon. Children's Church is for ages 2 through kindergarten. Kids for Christ is for kids in 1st through 6th grade. These children have their own worship service just like big church but structured just for them. This service is geared toward their level of understanding. We have singing, prayer time, take up an offering, a sermon, and an invitation is given. Anyone is welcome to come visit us in our service.

Several years ago, God answered our prayers and blessed Ryans Creek with a church van. Since that time the children, youth, and senior adults have been able to take many trips and retreats. But most importantly, we are able to pick up children on Sunday mornings and bring them to Sunday school and Children's Church. We would love to pick up any kids who want to come. If your children are not attending services anywhere, give our church a call at 287-1613 Tuesday through Friday from 8am-3pm or contact Lea Scott at 287-1036. We will love them and teach them about how much Jesus loves them!

Kids for Christ participates in Operation Christmas Child each year. Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and the Good News of God's love. This program of Samaritan's Purse provides an opportunity for people of all ages to be involved in a simple, hands—on missions project while focusing on the true meaning of Christmas—Jesus Christ. Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes are available for pre-sale from now til November. The cost is $17. These boxes are packes with a complete outfit, toiletries, and toys. It is filled with more than you could imagine. If you wish to get one of these boxes let Lea Scott know.
